Welcome on the website of the project “Support of the foreign language tuition of law at the Faculty of Law in Olomouc” which is carried out due to support of EU structural funds – Operational Programme “Education for Competitiveness” in the period from 2011 to 2013.
The web pages give information on the project, its key activities and outcomes. The main aim of the project is to offer students of Palacky University a comprehensive study module in English with a focus on International and European law and arbitration with a component of economics and human rights protection. The module consists of both specialised theoretical courses and also practical tuition consisting especially in the preparation and participation in mootcourts in international public and private and European law (esp. Jessup Moot Court, Vis Moot Court and Central European Moot Court).
The project supports also academics of the Faculty of Law – they participate in conferences and traineeships, so that they may transfer their new experience to students during the tuition.
The project is a common project of six departments of the Faculty of Law, Palacky University, and will be finalised by the end of 2013.
